We have some news to share!

To better support the health and wellness of our community, Fairfield Psychology and Oak Bay Psychology have officially joined NuVista Mental Health, a growing network of multidisciplinary mental health clinics across Canada.

As part of this growth, we are shifting our names to Fairfield Mental Health and Oak Bay Mental Health, in partnership with NuVista Mental Health. This name change reflects our commitment to providing a broader and more holistic range of care while remaining the same community-based clinics you've come to know.

What this means for your care

If you are an active client, your relationship and your sessions with your clinician will not change. You’ll be able to continue meeting with the same clinician, in the same ways, in the same secure and confidential setting that works best for you.

We will also be offering new programs and services focused on collaborative, evidence-based care. We will share more information on our website as it becomes available.

Your privacy and records

Your information will continue to be stored securely in the same Jane account. Clinicians will be supported by NuVista, which provides secure electronic record systems, privacy safeguards, and technical support to help keep your information safe.

We will provide an updated Privacy Policy soon, but please note that no action is required on your part.

As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact either your clinician or our admin team, who are all happy to help.
