KC is a key part of the leadership team at Fairfield and Oak Bay Psychology, where she brings clarity, compassion, and well-organized systems to the heart of the practice.
With 30 years of experience in human services and administrative coordination across the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island, she blends insight and efficiency in everything she does.
KC oversees clinic operations and supports both clients and clinicians with care and intention. She is often the first point of contact for clients seeking support — including those exploring psychological or ADHD assessments — and she works closely with each person to ensure they feel informed, supported, and matched with the right clinician.
Whether she’s coordinating intake, guiding therapists through team processes, or crafting thoughtful communication behind the scenes, KC brings a grounded, generous energy to every interaction.
