About Hayley:

Hayley is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging moments.

Having worked across both public and privatemental health and addictions settings, she brings a depth of clinical experience and genuine compassion to every client relationship.

Hayley is trained in a range of evidence-based therapies, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, and

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD.

Central to her practice is a trauma-informed approach — one that prioritizes safety, trust, and respect, so that clients feel truly supported as they explore and process their experiences.

Hayley believes that healing is possible, and is committed to walking alongside each client on that journey.
