About Dev (she/her):
I am a Master’s level Counselling Psychology student offering individual counselling to adults of all ages. My approach is warm, adaptive, and relational.
I draw from a variety of modalities to best support your needs, including person-focused therapy, parts-work, and somatic therapy.
I believe we all have the resources within us to heal and live a meaningful life. Often the path getting there can feel scary and isolating. I am here to listen and support you.
If you’re feeling blocked or stuck, my intention is to help you find clarity. Our work together can bring resolution to past events, and open up space to focus on what is most important to you now.
My practice is informed by my lived experience as a queer and neurodivergent person, and by my background as a yoga and meditation teacher.
A commitment to social justice is important to my work, and I strive to create a space that is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, anti-oppressive, and rooted in harm reduction.
It is an honour to be part of your learning and growth. I look forward to walking alongside you during this process.
I offer support with (but not limited to):
Anxiety
Life transitions and change
